SLOW FLOW YOGA

 

Breathe in ,,2,,,3,,4

Breathe out ,,2,,,3,,,4

 

the instuctors voices echos the room

in through the nose

out through the nose

my mind calms

thought of the day …pass

thoughts of anger … pass

thought of what i did not do or get done … pass

what is intention for today ?

in through the nose

out through the nose

the air fills my lungs

the air expells this void

40  min pass

in through the nose

out through the nose

sweat dripping from everwhere

so calm ..so relaxed ..so spent

SO Recharge

god created everthing .. even the air I breath .. how could I not be filled with him ?

PS

the body needs many things a time for relaxing is one

take time to smell the roses of life
